Strategic Implementation Workshop

Whether you’ve already got a strategy that’s lost momentum, or you’re starting from scratch and don’t know where to begin, we step in as an embedded part of your team. Our job is to make strategy actually happen.

We specialize in:
• Clarifying strategic priorities that move the business forward
• Identifying project and process gaps that slow execution
• Pinpointing skill and talent gaps and helping you fill them—through training, hiring, or restructuring

You get experienced strategic thinkers who roll up their sleeves, bridge the gap between planning and execution, and drive momentum where it’s stalled.

You’ve got the vision. We make it real.

How it Works

Research

We’ll look at your goals and your org: where are things getting stuck? What’s unclear? Whether it’s understanding what done means or who is ultimately responsible, transparency and context go a long way.

Solutions

After we identify where the gaps are, we’ll present you with a plan on how to address each type: skills, expections and priorities, and systems and processes. By solving for the right gaps, we can move the needle.

Training

With a custom plan for your team’s specific gaps, we’ll help prioritize, streamline, and focus on the right work. From CEO to front-line IC, everyone contributes to the success of the org’s strategic plan.
